Crain was an indie band spawned from a equivalent fertile early 'Xc's Louisville, Kentucky math rock scene that also gave birth to Slint and Rodan. Combining complex meter & composition by owning a protective-edged bond, the band wwhen a fixture of the scene however failed to attain the equivalent plaudit as their supplementary easily-known peers.
Crain freed exclusively Two albums. A number one, a Steve Albini-produced Speed was an early blueprint for those that would watch the babies in the fledgling post-rock and math rock movements.
